This site is an information and enquiry site for replacement windows in Royal Tunbridge Wells and the villages round it. It isn't itself a window company. Here is what happens when you get in touch.
Where your enquiry goes
Your call, email or form goes to a window and door installer that is registered with FENSA, the scheme that certifies replacement windows and doors meet building regulations in England. The installer works across Tunbridge Wells and west Kent.
The survey
A surveyor visits to measure each opening and look at what is around it: sandstone or brick sills, arches, bays, tile-hanging, and access for upstairs windows. They will ask whether the house is listed or a flat, and talk through the pattern each window should follow. Bay support, rotten sills and damaged arches are priced at this point, once they've been seen.
The quote
The installer sends a written quote in its own name. That quote, not the ranges on this site, is the price you pay. The contract, the guarantee and the FENSA certificate are all between you and the installer.
What this site does not do
It doesn't sell your details to anyone else, add you to marketing lists, or pass your enquiry to more than one firm. See the privacy policy.
